I purchased portronics power bank 20000 mah day before yesterday from cell city, K2A Lajpat Nagar for 1500 rs.
I couldn't check that time the charging of that product. I had to give that to my father who was going to himachal and his train was from old delhi, so I purchased power bank and gave to him.
After he found that the ports are not working of the power bank. I talked to cell city person Mr Vikas, I explained him but he blabbered a lot, he was too rude that I recorded his voice. He was prooving us wrong only. Today I again went to that shop, it is 2 and half hours away from my location, 2 3 times metro change also. I went there today he gave another powerbank, but of 10 watt charging and same price 1500 rs... earlier he gave 18 watt charging in 1500 rs, same company product. But he cheated me, he didnot tell that they are different. Second time I believed him.
I came home, I found it and I called to cell city and there reply was- wat will we do, should we give it in your home? You will come again 3rd time in lajpat nagar.
What will I do sir, I am innocent customer. 3rd time I will go then again my money loss and 3 to 4 hrs time loss. I recorded his call again.
Please sir I want justice, even police will not listen me, but its a huge loss of my money and time both. He said me very harshly to visit store again. Total I have 3 voice recordings. 3rd time I can't compromise with my time and mental health sir. Im totally depending upon consumercomplaints because the sellers like them will never talk to us in a calm and adjusted way. First of all they broke the whole belief system, secondly they gave lower grade product in higher price. And Third they told me to go 3rd time there in their centre by investing 4 5 hours and few bucks more.
Sir I want my worthy product at my home now. Already more loss came to me.
