Cello Technotip Ball Pen — Ball pen set

I am a consumer of technotip pen since long..recently all the technotip pen's ink is not working properly..at first the ink will have light color and later own it will stop working..i am presenting this complaint on behalf of many consumers.i strongly feel, i have been cheated.consumer protection act 1986 guarrentes the consumers various rights.according to the right to information act and as a consumer, i need to knw the details of this product and the cause for not working properly.kindly i plead to take proper actions against this unfair practices of cello technotip company...
