Cellugen Biotech Private Ltd (Mycord) — loan not cancelled though not taking services of company and also paid cancellation fee.

This company presentatives contacted me and my wife and by saying they need feedback from some session conducted at doctor clinic. We also told them that we will need some time to decide if we want their services or not. But by mistaken we have enrolled the policy.

Later we asked them to cancel the policy as we don't want their service and not intersted to deposit umabilical cord of our baby. After many struggle, i was able to connect with support team at mycord.
I am facing the fraud as i asked them to cancel my policy and close the loan.
In return, they asked me to transfer rs. 15000 for cancellation. I have transferred the amount immediately to get rid of loan emis. But it is almost 2 months and they still saying it is in process. I have already paid 1 emi to capital float and there is 2nd emi in queue

I am feeling so helpless as they not cancelling my policy as well as loan and unnecessarily i am paying the emis for same. I am not sure what is this company and its employees are upto
