Central Board Of Secondary Education [CBSE] — I'm complaining about my school's staff manipulation

Respected Sir, I am Ansh Laad student of Alpine Academy a CBSE affiliated school i m complaining about my school staff manipulation which they have done with me and my brother so the main issue is my fee is due and amount is very much so now i am in 12th but not going to school before giving my 11th exam they called my father and discussed about fee due and my father I can't pay the fee because our financial condition is very weak my father requested them for my exam and said if you can't no issues they gave the permission for me to give my exams i gave it i got supplimentry i gave the supplimentry after that they called my parents and said your ward (ansh laad me) is failed so take his TC but we can't pay the fee so we didn't do anything and i am not going school but when it comes Loc this year they called my father and said keep your Ward's required documents and come to school for his LOC of class 12th we are shocked they said earlier your ward is failed now after 6 months they are saying pay the fee and your ward can give exam from here so how can i give exam now it's already 6 months i haven't studied anything in between of 6 months they didn't informed us about i am pass and promoted. They left me confused i give the exam i will fail definitely and if not my year will waste and now we are demanding them a migration letter not TC not marksheet only migration letter they are not giving us. Please help me and my parents please save my year . Thankyou
