Central Board Of Secondary Education [CBSE] — not getting new marksheet after revaluation

My son passed 12th in 2019 got +3marks after re-evaluation, i sent orginal marksheet + doc of increased marks got from cbse to cbse panchkula sect 5 thru speed post on 7.8.19 as/online tracking, post was delivered on 13.8.19 but till now i have not got new marksheet. Pl arrange new marksheet, details given below
