I applied for a migration certificate. However, whenever I enter the application ID, the website doesn't display the tracking number; it just shows the message, "Your document has been dispatched to the given address. The Tracking No is". I have attempted to call the helpline several times, but either nobody answers my calls, or the line is constantly busy. Today, a lady answered my call but mentioned that it wasn't a technical difficulty and advised me to contact the regional office. I'm unsure about what steps to take next.
