Central Plan Scheme Monitoring System [Pfms] — My nsp scholarship processed from nsp to pfms more than 40 days ago but I have not received payment from pfms till now .

My self K AKHAY KUMAR ACHARY, my nsp scholarship application was processed from nsp to pfms for payment but till now i have not received the amount .
as i many times communicated to pfms through sending emails they are not giving an appropiate reply for the issue for what i am asking about, they are just sending the links for tracking the status of payment .

my application was processed from nsp to pfms approx 40days ago but till now i have not received and confirmations and payment by pfms, even after communicating many times
so my sincere request is please consider my application and process for payment as soon as possible
