Sir/Madam,
I wanted to travel from Kopar to Andheri..SO i asked the lady on the counter to issue me a ticket to Andheri via Wadala...She refused to give me the ticket as she told me that u will have to go via Dadar..but i have travelled so many times via wadala...she spoke very rudely...and when i asked her name she told me that u go and ask my senior officer for my name..if she does not know how to issue a ticket why have u made her sit on the counter..she was talking to me as i have come new to mumbai..please kindly look into the matter...this happened today, 15th november at 10:00 in the morning..
