Central Railway — rude behaviour

Dear sir or madam,

We both ladies were travelling in cheran express from coimbatore to chennai on july 29 in b1 coach (Tc name is m durairaj) unfortunately i lost my original id proof, so i produced e aadhar, he didn't accept, though e aadhar is a valid id proof, he was so rude when we tried explaining. He made us sit and is giving explanation which is totally unrelated to it. He was threatening that he can make us get out of train at that abnormal time. Please bring awareness among tcs and ask them to be little genuine
