Central Seat Allocation Board [Csab] — not received the refund of csab special round participation fee of rs 35000

I have registered for csab 20 special round and I paid Rs.37000 as participation fee.I Did not get seat in csab rounds.Till now I have not received my refund amount Rs 35000.It is very BIG AMOUNT for middle class people like us. Please provide the refund to me. My JEE MAINS application no. is[protected].
