Centurion Bank Of Limited — NOC

I have get two-wheeler loan no 2004 through centurion bank kanpur branch. Completed the two-wheeler loan, after completion of my loan I have received the original RC book from bankers. that time they have told me NOC send through by courier but till now I have not receive the NOC

We need the NOC How to proceed further
