Centurion Bank — Two wheeler NOC for HP termination

I have bought 2007 appache 2nd bike, which was funded by Centurian bank. Loan was cleared and NOC might be issued. Now I want to transfer ownership of this bike but now centurian bank merge with HDFC bank. So how I would know that this loan is actually close and if closed then how I can get NOC for hp termination and ownership transfer. Vehilce Registation no is MH12ED0558
