We have purchased an EWC "Cat no. A 1044102 by Senator-Sherry" around 1 and a 1/2 month back, but while installing we found an issue that there is no proper flow of water while flushing. We tried to contact customer care and after addressing we received a message, "CERA TEAM WILL BE IN TOUCH WITH YOU SOON". But we could get any touch from your end even after 3 days.
Tried to complaint again through customer care but still received same message. Tried through website and submitted the complaint online but there also we received service call no. M[protected] and complaint no. C[protected] and assurance that team member will contact you shortly but we are still waiting for that short time.
Please respond, we tried CERA and it's totally worst experience we received yet.
