Cera Sanitaryware — Cera taps

I purchased Sanitary items of Cera from Deluxe Sanitation- Nakodar Road jalandhar in 2012 and things were moving on FINE. On 17th November midnight when I entered the wash room, I saw some leakage from the water tank of the 1 Pc commode fitted in the bathroom. I went for booking of complaint over the Phone with Mr Shavinder at Jalandhar. On my complaint, a person visited my place and straight away decisioned that there is a crack in it, hence the company can not do anything in it. I was not convinced with this as the plea given by him is baseless and I had to talk to Mr Sanjay Yadav, who in turn said that he is our Engineer and we can only go by his decision. I was very sorry to hear as if the decision was given by a SC justice. I requested Mr Yadav to visit my place and convince me as a customer as how can the same have a crack in the midnight when we were asleep.

My cistern of commode not working.I have filed a complaint on 25th october in ceracare .But till now no one reverted for the filed complaint.The service request number is M[protected] which was filed by Satish Kewlani for the address(223/1, Mayur residency extension Lucknow).Plz look into the mattern as soon as possible.
