Installed a product from CERA.. Pneumatic flushing system closet. Eventhough it works, sufficient water is not being pushed causing waste don't get flushed out. I have registered a complaint as complaint no. C[protected] and got a message on 27, July, 22. But so far nobody attended my problem. One service personnel called me yesterday that he will visit my place soon. However today I received an SMS saying that "Dear Customer, Your service request C[protected] is cancelled for Reason-'DUPLICATE CALL'. For assistance pls contact CERA Care on [protected]".
