Purchased cera products for nearly 1.25 lakh in oct &nov 2018 for my house under construction. On march 2019 when i opened them for installation, it is found that there was a crack on one wash basin (Cognac white). Contacted the dealer m/s brothers hardwares. But they simply washed their hands by instructing me to call ceracare. To attend the call a technician visited & simply closed the complaint saying it is not manufacturing defect. So if you are planning to purchase cera products "don't believe their warranty& service". Or else purchase quality brands like jaquar/ roca. Was this information helpful? |
