We had plan to buy a Nine Ball therapy tool for Rs.62900/- and paid a advance of Rs.35000/- balance money is not paid yet. Now we need money urgently for my sisters wedding which is arranged now after we had booked the machine. We are requesting Ceragem Lal Baug Branch to refund the money but from last 45 days they are just wasting time and now they are saying it is not refundable.
