I had two FDs of Rs 10,000/- with the company for two years with maturity in the year 2000. Though i have got the maturity amount but the payment has been done in 10 installments with the last being in the year 2010. No interest has been paid for these 10 years !!! .On contacting the company has informed that the Company Law Board made a unilateral decision that they will pay no interest to the depositer for these 10 years....
4th and 5th instalment of Rs. 5,000 and rs. 8,000 of my FDR no. C[protected] was due in March 2007 and March 2008 respectively. They have still not been paid as on today 4th September 2009....
I was invested in cfl fd scheme in 23 sep 1998, of amount of rs. 5000 / - vide receipt no. C[protected] and it was matured on 23 mar 2003. And maturity amount is rs. 10000 / -
Now 6 yrs have already been passed but i could not get any payment from the co and nor any communication since 2004. Plz find the details and query about the non receipt payment and revert mail as above mentioned....
I invested Rs. 100, 000 with Ceat (Rs.20, 000 x 5 FDS) back in 2001 in fixed deposits. I am not getting repayments according to their letter dated 11/11/2002 signed by Managing Director. As per letter, all amounts should have been paid before March 2007.

On On 07/07/2001, I received a leeter from the co that the Hon'ble Company Law Board, Kolkota has directed them to make repayments in installments.
