Dear sir,
I bought a 1HP pressure pumps with electronic switch. Its sl no. is UBVN 101211 It is giving trouble from the day one. complained many many times. the switch never works, never gave proper pressure, water seal broke twice and switch is not working at all. The PUMP is dead. I complained many times. CGPISL[protected]. The recent complaint no. is CGPISL[protected] DATED 24 MAY 2022. I sent the pump to sonika service centre Lado Sarai New Delhi and it is STILL pending I AM SUFFERING from more than a month. After having so much trouble, two weeks ago the regional manager Harsh Sharma[protected] assured me to replace the pump. But now yesterday he refused to change the pump. This pump is defective piece. PLEASE replace it with new one ASAP and SAVE CG`s Image.
