I tapas kumar chakravarty hold lifetime cghs pensioners card bearing no.4208203. I receive my medicines from cghs wellness centre no.13 airport, kolkata. On 5/4/2018, i visited my cghs dispensary. I couldn't get all my medicines on the said date as a few of them were placed on indent by the dispensary. Even after lapse of more than 4 days now i have not received any communication as to whether the medicines have reached my dispensary so that they can be obtained by me. Infact normally 1-2 days time is taken by the dispensary to deliver the indented medicines for which they duly send a message to the concerned beneficiary. I am a senior citizen and duly entitled to receive my medicines in time.
I would therefore request that the matter may be looked into and delivery of medicines ensured without further delay. My reg. Mobile no. Is [protected].
