Dear sir,
When the switch is in ON, Philips TV power button is not ON. So we raised a complaint and got the compliant no as[protected].
Service person replaced the power board and issue was closed on 09.06.2022 and he replied that Philips original power board
Again today 10.10.2022, Philips tv is not switch ON. So i directly contacted service center located in virudhunagar and they replied tha due to thunder it was failed. They have not come and see faults and through phone they replied. But actually there is no thunder and rain in past three days.
We feel that Replaced power board is not original. So we requested to replace the board and we would not pay amount again.
Find the attached copy of paid amount to the service center for your reference.
