Chamundeshwari Electricity Supply Corporation Limited — Heavy Bill Amount without consumption

Hi there, I am writing this because from past couple of months we are getting hefty electricity bill amount. We have 2 house, one which was inherited from grandfather where no body but servants live and one which we built less than an year ago. The house where we live, we have received a hefty bill amount of Rupees 4911. Attached is the copy of it. It is registered under my dad's name. K.P.Jagannath. This bill amount is for a family of 4 members. With no geaser usage or any other heavy electrical appliances. And for grandfather home just beside our house the bill is registered with the name Pakeerappa, we have received Rupees 1083 where no one other than servants live. The bill amount thus received either say, we are running a heavy machinery factory or a faulty meter or someone tampered it. When we consulted electricity board, we got a great help saying, its not our department, you need to pay the bill for now and later write a written complaint and so on.. None of the employee inside the Electricity office are paying little attention to our grievances. I urge someone to somehow resolve this issue. It is my dad's hard earned money which is flowing like anything into paying Electricity Bill. No body has helped us regarding this. Please someone help us to replace our meter or to nab the culprits who are showing irresponsibility towards their work. Both the bills are attached with this.
