Upon calling the owner Mr Rajesh, he abruptly answers to wait and wait suggesting me their own SOP.
My residence is within 2.5 kms and easily accessible, still they need multiple follow ups and keeps buying time. Organisations dealing with essential elements should be more empathetic and responsible towards their consumers.
