CHANDIGARH ELECTRICITY DEPARTMENT — Bill reflecting due even after payment

Address: Electricity Department Sub Division, Sector 43, Chandigarh.

Respected Sir,
It is submitted that I paid my electricity bill of account no. [protected]W amounting Rs. 2159/- on February 10, 2022 through e-sampark application. The same reflected paid and I downloaded the receipt of the paid bill. But now, the same bill of Rs. 2159/- for the said period is reflecting due again. Please help me out. I shall be really grateful for your kindness.
