Chandigarh Group Of Colleges Jhanjeri Mohali — Refund of semester fees

My brother got admission in cgc jhanjeri firstly we face problems while doing admission in btech CSE course because of their lack of attentiveness. That's why my brother got admission on 10th of September and the classes started from 12th of September. Also on the 10th of September when we asked about fees refund policy they told us that if a child get admission in govt. College then we have to refund his/ her fees but we can't refund the bus fees. They don't mentioned anything like we can't refund fees after classes start. My brother got admission in CCET on of the govn. College in chandigarh through JAC chandigarh on 23rd September after that when he asked his college cgc jhanjeri to refund his fees firstly they said they don't know something about refund. They on second time they asked him to write an application for the refund. After what he can to know that his bus fees which was 14, 000 will not be refunded and the college don't know about courses fees refund policy. They asked him to talk to HOD but their HOD was not their. Like that i month is passed and now the college is saying that they can't refund his course fees which is 52, 000.
