Chandigarh University — Fee refund (for locking seat)

My name is Gaurav Chhoker. I had locked my seat in b.tech CSE course in chandigarh university by paying 10, 000 rupees.I also requested & filled the form as said by university [protected]@cumail.in on 26 september.But it not refunded till now.Please refund as soon as possible . ( Urgent due to financial problem )
