Chandigarh University — not responding to my previous complaint

Earlier decided to join Chandigarh University and registered by giving 10000 rupees but because of some financial problem in my families I was not able to take admission so I have complaint to refund my money and there is no steps taken yet so please kindly take some steps on notify.
