Chandigarh University — Payment failed

This is nishant uid 19mba1544. Mba department
On 20th may 2021 I did my summer term form payment on 12 : 25 am through upi then I did payment my amount of rs 44500 deducted from account but on CUIMS its shows payment failed plz help me I am very depressed due to this.
