Chandigarh University — Refund amount not received Following up since 2 month

Hi,

I have submit the admission form at Chandigarh university for MBA (Distance)
on November`21,
during admission processing one of my document not available at that time
due to this after a month I got a call and she said we are forward you admission request to FY[protected] or you can withrawn it,

I said I want refund then she send me a refund form on 30th Dec 2021
same day I Had submit the refund form since

I am calling them asking about the refund I am not getting proper refund status not even received my money yet

It been 2 month I am following up for my refund they are harassing

if admission not happen why they are taking time

even not replying

fade up

[protected] - Kanika she is saying that call our toll free number and when I am calling they said drop mail on refund mail id and after sending many mails they are not responding .
