Respected Sir, I got admitted in CU after securing my seat and paying refundable fees of 5000/- but now i have said authorities to refund my fees as i don't want to take admission now but my UIMS ID is not active due to which i cant fill cancellation form which keeps my refund delayed, please activate my ID and refund me my money
