Chandigarh University — refund of registration fees of, rs. 10 000.

I, laxmi gurjar had applied for the addmissions at chandigarh university, chanigarh and also i had paid a registeration amount of rs. 10, 000 for which the university promised to refund back within 3 months of the date of payment in case of withdrawal of the addmission. But now, there is no response by their side and i haven't got my money back even after 3 months of the date of the payment.
Thereby, i request to get my money back as the amount means a lot and i need it.
