Chandigarh University — refunding my advance fees

Dear sir/mam
I locked my sead at chandigarh university by paying ₹29500 as admission fee and ₹50000 as advance hostel fee with ₹6050 as extra charges under receipt number uics-13744, uics-13740 and uics-13743 on dated 1/8/18. Due to some resaons i want to cancek my seat and refund my money.
Can i get my money back as soon as possible?
