Chandigarh University — Registration fee refund

My name is Hans Raj i have registered my seat in your university (Chandigarh university kharar) i have deposited 10000rs in cash with bank account in two time like 5000 and again 5000 on date[16May, 2022] in the stream Bsc Biotechnology.
Due to some physial problem i can not live at there.
So i request you to refund my registration fee thank you
