Chandigarh University — return of fee for seat booking

Respected sir/maam,
I booked my seat by paying 10, 000 rs via online payment mode on 7 may 2019 for be cse with specialisation in ai and machine learning. Since the advance fee was refundable with a loss of 1000 rs only therefore i booked the seat.
Now i don't want to take admission in your university because of some serious issues at my residence and i want you to please return the money as soon as possible. Kindly do the needful. Waiting for your earliest reply.
