Chandigarh University — traditional dress on star night

Respected sir, i m wearing today night traditional dress but security guards don’t allow me. I m only wearing traditional dress only for star night. Not every day but my university everday foreign wearing a own traditional dress like kurta pajama. My main point is my make a rule for every students not a particular place or nation. Please again strict action about this rule. I m very disappointed because university have a difference own country students. Thank sir
