Please find below email written by me to idea: I Chandresh Shah using idea post paid no: [protected]. I received the bill recently in that there were some value added charges SMS MT. ( 50 X4=200) & SMS Charges ( 3 x 5= 15) number 055435.Total amount (200+15=215 + servise tax 27rs so total amount 242.you have charged extra. I had called customer care but she said you have downloaded the games & it will be charged. For your kind information i have not Down loaded any games. I request you to reverse the charges. Total bill Amount is 583-242=341. I will pay Rs.341 which is actual according to me. If you are unable to reverse the charges in that case i will be forced to go consumer court .Just mentioning in the bill that i have downloaded the games will not be enough. Please provide proofs in details like :- 1) From which site it has been downloaded? 2) which game is downloaded? 3) What is the charge ratio? I have not downloaded the games & also the games which are charged we need to provide debit card or credit card details unless which it is not downloaded. Along with this number i have 3 more idea numbers in my name & i will be porting to other network. Earlier also there were few charges which you had levied i ignored because it was smaller amounts. But this time i am not going to be quite. You cant forced charges on us. Will be waiting for your reply. My final decision will depend on your reply.
