12 July 2021, around 4:30 AM we crossed Chapper Toll (Near Roorkee) while coming from Roorkee. We have the fastag in our car. But the person at tool said, fastag not working so we need to pay cash. I asked him to give me the slip, he denied it. When i said what if money is detected from Paytm he said it will not happen. As it was early morning and i had my family with me i did not argue much with him that time. But after some time i got the message that money is detected from Paytm too. He took a double toll from us. Please take strict action against that person. Thank you!
