Charan Motor Driving School — Took money and not providing training

Charan Motor Driving school took all payment from me and is not providing training. As per google reviews they have done this to many.Does not pickup calls or reply to my text.
My learner license was generated on march and it is going to expired next month, still they have no responsibilities to complete the training and avoid all calls. They have provided only 3 classes out of 9 to me and after that they are no where to be found and office is shutter down. They have some other branches as well but they are avoiding me inspite of all payments are done
