I am writing to complain about damages caused to some contents after transport services. Sent laggage without damaged in your safe express transport service ganga bhawan iit roorkew to kailash nagar vrindavan mathura. Waybill No.[protected] Ship date.06 July 23. And received date 11 july 23.
On arrival luggage at vrindavna mathura UP I discovered damages to the following items of my luggage:

1x Bajaj induction Rs.2300/-

I express total disappointment in the way my luggage has been handle by your Transport service.
I am very upset by this matter and I ask you to repair these items to their Original condition or compensate me to the value of the above items without delay.
I look forward to your urgent reply to my complaint.
