Sir,
With due respect I beg to say that I am student of CCSU (K.D. College Simbhaoli, HAPUR) of B.A. First year. I have B.A. on 25/03/2004 at 11:18 AM had filled the exam form for IInd semester. We had paid the exam fees through UPI. Rs.1050 fees were also deducted from our bank account. But the print out of our exam form is still not out. So, therefore, Sir I request you please check my exam form as soon as possible and provide print out and also solve the payment issue.
