Chaudhary Group — Refund of my deposited amount of RS.10,000/-

Sir i had booked a plot 25X40 (1000Sqft), they told me that this is non-diverted plot but no problem, it will be divert permission within two months. then i had deposited 10, 000/- as per booking amount on the date 25.06.2014 . but till now the plot has not divert. after that i have demand my booking amount on (25.08.2015 after one year). but they have refuse me and tell me i will not give any amount.i request to you that please take action as soon as possible.
