This is to bring to your kind notice that i had booked jet airways tickets journey on 27th april 2019 from mumbai chhatrapati shivaji international to goa dabolim airport, booking was done of 3 tickets on 8th march 2019. Copy of the the tickets are been attached for your reference.

Your public complaint has deficiencies:-
1. The authorazation or a legal reason to do any legal action in favor of other passengers.
2. Three e-tickets and/or the other payment documents for PNR for each passenger;
3. The reson to do any legal action in favor of Ms Cynara Martins ;
4. The reason of a refund and amount of the refund, the account particulars .
The responder can accept such complaint for processing or can refuse to process in not later than in 7 or 30 days depeind upon the legal conditions.
If 10 days are passed since the 1st request and no the compensation / the refund is got,
the passenger can hire the lawyer or a legal professinal for an agreed fee aiming to get the expected money via the authority or, aleternativaly,
to refuse from further demands for the saving the nerve system.
