Cheapticket.in / Airtickets India — flight booking

I booked a flight for my family with cheapticket india from mumbai to davao on the 17th march 2018 and a sum of 77515 was debited from my account. But no confirmation email was received. I tried contacting customer services but no response

The flights are an important holiday, the booking page goes round and round but has not produced a booking reference and the helpline doesn't work
