Dear Sir/Ma’am,

Your hospital bill no. BIL[protected] Date[protected] and Patient Code: CSSH[protected].

Regarding the above cashless treatment, the insurer executed the claim amount and also gave a note stating that “Rs.27, 000/- should not be charged from the patient”. However, your billing division asked me to pay the remaining amount of Rs.27, 000/-. Considering the situation, I paid Rs.27, 000/- and took the discharge.

Then, I approached the insurer for refund. But they denied the claim and replied as below,
“Claiming deduction of cashless claim-not payable as deduction of difference of SOC and tagged as not to be collected from patient”
