Chevrolet India — car document not provide to me

Sir,
I am purchase a commercial car (Dl 1zb 3101) last 6 months before but this car rc not given to me by showroom. Jiske karn mere car ko pichhle 3 mahino se kam nhi diya ja rha hai or bank me car ki kist nahi jama kar pa rha hoo. Bank se phone aate hai ki apki car ko hum utha lenge. Rc ke karan meri gari airport pe kam kar rahi thi vha se hta diya gya hai har jagah rc manga jata jiske karan mujhe aptak rs. 200000 ka nuksan ho chuka hai. Showroom jane par kuchh bhi sahi jabab nhi dete hai. Online bhi complaint kiya to bhi koi sahi jabab nhi diya ja rha hai
