Chevrolet India — Chevrolet Beat one year of service pending

My vehicle got into trouble at "Sri Car Care Chevrolet - Madurai"
after which I traveled to Chennai and the vehicle at Chennai got into trouble just after the next day of servicing it.
I reached immediately to Xpress motors and reported the issue - the same has been complained and informed to Chevrolet customer care on 11th November. 2019 w.r.t "CAC-SR# 4-[protected], 4-[protected]"
Since then it is at Chennai waiting to get serviced, sooner pandemic held all o[censored]s to get any work done.

I have been patient to get things back to normal and get my car back on road. Xpress motors have received my 70% of the payment in the name of Advance and not returning my calls or Picking it.
I've gotten tired of calling Chevrolet customer care numbers and no callback or pick up occurs.
Hence finally approaching you here.
Please help me!!!
