My self mr. sameer bafna and i have car of beat. located in raipur, c. g.
From last month onwards i am facing problem in your car service dept.
Last month i had submitted my car at your chevrolet show room, telibandha, raipur for servicing and electrical wiring work. after 12 working days. they had dispatched my vehicle. then i have gone outside
Again car was troubled due to shot circuit in car wiring system. then i have again complaint on online to you cc (tole free number). then your cc dept suggested me submitted car to your nearest show room. i have again submitted for wiring then after 2 working days. the show service dept was send car to me.
After the servicing till date car is not good condition. like ac is not working properly and light system is automatically started. handle system also very trouble.
But your vardhaman dealer response is good. kindly take necessary action and resolve my problem. as early as possible.
