I own a chevrolet cruze car . It had a major problem after 3 years o[censored]sage- after covering about 24, 000 km. The clutch and the flywheel were replaced by thier dealer at an exorbitant price since the guarantee period was just over. Now once again the car is with their dealer after covering about 10, 000 km more(Geeyem chevrolet, 11/336, nh-47 bypass, nettor, cochin 682040, kerala) and they are asking for change of clutch and flywheel.The complete history of my car is available with the dealer.
I am really disappointed and frustrated with chvrolet car. I have been using different brands of cars in the last 30 years and even at present own another honda car. I never had any such issues with any if these cars. This is the first time i am facing such a haunting experience. I believe that there is a serious manufacturing defect with your car or with the earlier replaced clutch.
Though i made complaint to the company there is no response.I am really surprised how they could be so insensitive to customer complaints. Regret to say that, even after the lapse of about 2 weeks they have not bothered to reply to my complaints nor did they try and contact me over telephone.
I need a resolution to my grievance urgently.
