The new adv. says "" I CARE "", I am sorry to say that it’s just adv. created by marketing people, in the service it’s a total different story altogether.
Since the new dealer was introduced in Aurangabad ' Arihant Motors" my car has always visited the garage at-least once after the service was done. Always there has to be some or the other stuff left to work.
One more thing to appreciate is that the service department has a very good sixth sense. Even before they drive the car, or sit in the car they can judge that the clutch work has to be done!!!
and guess what, i get my car back from the service and within a few hours of driving i have to get my clutch work done now that's absolute Incredible!!! isn't it??
Once during the accident history I was guided in a excellent way,
I was the one who dashed the car, but I was asked to write the drivers name, as the person has to visit frequently for insurance purpose, they were informed the drivers license is expired, but "It can be managed Sir" was the reply. finally I had to pay entire thing from my pocket.
I am wondering how should I penalize Chevrolet for all the irritating moments and the disturbance of mind created by them. Was this information helpful? |
