Hi I had sent my Chevrolet enjoy for routine service with few concerns on the car which is not new for the dealership as I have being putting across the same concerns for quite a long time. Today I had requested for headlights beam adjustment which was not carried out. And when I requested the service manager Mr. Sameer Shaikh as would it be possible to send your technician to my place so that he can get the needful done, but for my surprise the manager denied saying it's your car car you have to come to the dealership only then we can attend to the concern. I had also complained about A/C cooling insufficient but the manager tells me our technician is on leave and would not be available for 15 days so get the car later. The alignment of the car was totally spoilt. I was given an estimate of 7500/- for all the mandatory parts required for service. But during delivery the manager tells me we have not replaced few parts as the same is not available in our stock. Please Chevrolet India don't run your dealership in such a situation as it creates a lot of problems to your customer who have trusted and purchased a product from you. It's hot summer and I have to drive my car without A/C during idling. Pathetic and heart paining service by Angel Chevrolet goa. Was this information helpful? |
